Shipping and Handling Policy

The following section explains all the steps in the delivery and pickup of your order.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been received. You may receive separate emails for different items if you have placed an order for multiple products.

CONFIRMATION

The confirmation email that you receive will contain information about the items that you ordered. You can view additional details about your order by clicking on the order number for both delivery and pickup orders.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

You will receive an email when your item has been shipped. The email will include your order number, the date of your order, a summary, and shipping details.

If you ordered more than one item, they may be shipped separately. You will not incur additional charges for these separate shipments. You will receive a separate email for each shipment.

TRACKING

Your shipping confirmation email will include the UPS tracking number for your delivery. Visit UPS.com and enter your tracking number in order to check the status of your shipment.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is only available for addresses in the continental United States for normal and standard shipping. Additional fees may apply for 2-3 day or overnight shipping.

Orders eligible for free shipping shipped cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day. Customized or personalized order may require additional time before they are shipped. Shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery times by an additional 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. Airfreight charges will not be refunded. Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or other fees. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and other areas outside the continental U.S. will be required to pay a shipping charge. Shipping times to these areas may vary. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, APO addresses, and FPO addresses.

GUARANTEED SHIPPING

All items eligible for free shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. are carefully packaged to guarantee their delivery to your shipping destination. We use UPS to ship your orders. If you prefer, you can select faster delivery methods for any or all items in your order for an extra fee. The delivery time for your order may vary depending on the location of your delivery address, the availability of the items that you order, and the time of day at which your order is placed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

The shipping and delivery times for your order are an estimate of when your order will leave our warehouse. For example, if a product has a one business day shipping time, that means it will leave our warehouse one business day after your order has been placed. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, please bear in mind that customized, personalized, or more-popular items may need extra time in order to ship. In the event that we are running low on a product after we have confirmed your shipping and delivery time, we will notify you via email with an updated shipment and delivery time.

We currently are not shipping to :

Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii,  APO FPO or any other USA territory outside the Continental U.S 

No International Shipping


EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

If you need your items faster, you can request overnight, 2 day, or 3-day shipping for orders shipped within the continental U.S. Simply select the options for faster shipping on the checkout or payment pages of your order.

APO AND FPO DELIVERIES

Armed forces personnel can have their orders shipped to an APO or FPO address. To select this delivery method, simply choose USPS deliver to an APO or FPO address on the checkout or payment pages of your order. Shipping to an APO or FPO address does not include duties, taxes, or other fees.
