Official Rules Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to residents of a specified geographic region who are over the age of 18. Any individuals who are employees of the company, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry:
To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the brand on Facebook and/or Instagram, like the giveaway post, and tag two friends in the comments. Participants must also provide a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or the participant vehicle’s Year, Make, Model information in order to be eligible to participate to win. Participants may enter once per day during the giveaway period.
3. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway will run for a specified period of time, such as two weeks, with entries being accepted until a specified date and time.
4. Prize:
The prize is a Zinc Drilled and Slotted Half Kit - Winner can pick from Front or Rear. APF will determine proper vehicle fitment based on the VIN or vehicle information provided by the winner. If the winner's desired item is out of stock, a $100 prepaid visa will be awarded instead. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
5. Selection of Winner:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram within a specified period of time, such as within 48 hours of the end of the giveaway period. The winner must respond within a specified period of time, such as within 72 hours, to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified period of time, another winner will be selected at random.
6. Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow the brand to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7. Release and Indemnification:
Participants release the brand and its employees and agents from any and all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the giveaway or use or redemption of the prize. Participants also agree to indemnify the brand and its employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, and expenses arising from or in connection with their participation in the giveaway.
8. Disputes:
Any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state where the giveaway is held, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions.
