What happens after I have placed my order?

After you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your purchase. You will also receive additional emails with information about the status of your order. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive additional emails regarding each item.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email when your item has been shipped, which will include a tracking number and information about the expected delivery of your order. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information

Can I have my order shipped to a different location?

No problem! Just complete the optional shipping field on our customer information page in order to have your parts delivered to another location.

How can I track my order?

After your items have shipped, you will receive an email from us with your order information and your order number. After your packages have shipped, you will receive another email with a UPS tracking number for your packages. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the order tracking section of our website and entering your order number, name, or email address. You can also visit UPS.com and use the tracking number we sent yo u to track your packages.

Will all my parts arrive at the same time?

All of the packages in your order will be shipped by UPS directly from our warehouse. However, once UPS has picked up the packages from us, we cannot guarantee that they will deliver all your packages together.

Do I need to sign for my order when it is delivered?

We do not require a signature for delivery. However, if you would like to sign for your packages, give us a call at 866-405-5080 so we can update your order.

What condition are your products in?

All of our parts are sold in 100% brand new condition.

Will any of your products require additional modification, or new brake pads and calipers?

All of our parts are sold in their original equipment specification and do not require additional modifications. However, we recommend that you use new brake pads.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All rotors come with a one-year warranty. All brake pads come with a 30-day warranty. Please refer to our warrant policy for more information.
